This return and refund policy indicates the context in which you are eligible for a return and/or a refund on your order. This policy covers our online sales subscription services.

How many days do I have to return my item?
We understand that you might change your mind. As such, you can return any item ordered free of charge, within 3 days of purchase. The 3-day window starts on the day you purchased the services & subscription.
If you pass that date we will refer your request to management for manual review, if you have problems using our services we can further investigate your situation to extend the 3-day refund policy.
To notify us of your return, please contact our customer support team by logging into your account and submitting a ticket or sending us an email.
Once we are informed of your intent to cancel your subscription, you will have 3 days to a notification to us so we can begin the refunding process.
You do not have to provide any reason for the cancellation. However, we would love to get more feedback on the reason for your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
Any fraudulent subscriptions will not be refunded.
What type of refund can I expect?
If you return your order within the 3-day window aforementioned, we will refund you via your paid payment method.
When will I receive my refund?
We will proceed with the refund on the same day as receiving your cancellation request. We might however delay the refund If we haven’t approved your subscription when referred to VPN SELLERS via an affiliate channel.
How much will the refund be?
The refund will cover your order amount, we may deduct a usage fee/s if we agree to refund your subscription after the 7-day period has ended.
